This week on the Red Light District Show we started off the show with one of the biggest celebrities we have ever had the pleasure of interviewing, Blake Shelton. Tim’s mom is actually a huge fan of his, so Tim was able to get him to read an excerpt from 50 Shades of Grey to her in honor of Valentine’s Day. It was such an honor to have Blake Shelton take the time out to call in and talk to Tim and the cast. We continued the show with the one of RLDS’ favorite segments, Jack Shack advice with Big Mike; where he tells us about his experiences at the local “jack shacks” of Ventura county. Then we had on a newcomer to the Red Light family, Hudson Henry. A local solo artist from Southern California, who Tim seemed to take a particular liking to right away. A jack of many trades, he used to teach Cross-fit and is a self-acclaimed music producer as well, credits The Scipt and Ed Sheeran as the influences for his pop/rock fusion music. He performed a song live in studio, listen in to hear it and check him out on all forms of social media. Next musical guest in studio was Galvanized Souls, a favorite of Tim’s and of the Red Light District Show. They performed at the Ventura County Music Awards and are coming out with a new album soon, which they assured we would be able to be one of the first to debut here on Red Light District Show. After the break, we came back with the Newlywed Game with Jesse, Deanna & Tard. Mikey asked Deanna and Tard questions about Jesse that only a significant other would be able to answer. To everyone’s surprise (or not so much) Tard won the game against Jesse’s girlfriend. Continuing the Valentine’s Day fun, Tim, Jesse, Mikey, Edgar (and Dean) were all told to bring gifts for their Valentine’s that cost only $5. Listen back to the show to see who brought what and who’s gift beat them all out to take everyone’s gifts home. We finished up the show with segments: Straight Shooting with Brian Williams, Conspiracy Corner with Jesse, and the World’s Greatest Segment with Phil. After everyone shared what they learned on this week’s show “Two Week’s Notice”, Jesse debuted his new parody song “Uptard Funk”, listen in to hear the hilarity ensue live every Friday night!
